Last Saturday, I followed Chef Zam to his Cooking show for Malaysia ASEAN Heritage Trail event organize by Chef Wan. I just have to prepare all the ingredient and make the mise-en-place to be ready. Once we reached there, Berjaya Culinary Institute is taking over the job as Chef Zam helper. My job is temporary done and its time to make some picture with my CANON 500D 18-200mm lens.....
Chef Zam is preparing 3 dishes on that day.
1. Bubur Lambuk Pantai Timur
2. Nasi Briayani Sayur
3. Terengganu style Beef Stew
While doing the show, Chef Zam do go around crowd of tourist and foreigners to smell some of the local herbs. At the same time giving them the nutrition content of each ingredient.
The delicious Bubur Lampuk is done!!! Yummy...
it contain dried shrimps, sweet potatoes, onion, ginger and 7 types of leafy vegies!!
The Beef is cooking with the special Terengganu tumis powder..
Nasi Briayani Sayur is done too..

This event is going to be end only at 22nd November. If you're around KLCC and Avenue K at 1.00pm till 5.00pm during 12-22 Nov, can go there got FREE LUNCH!!! They are providing 10 booth with 10 different food from different country for us to sample to understand the food and culture of that country. For the Live cooking show will have atleast 1-3 chefs from Restaurants and Hotels to show us some process of making some local food.
