Method 1. Mix all the ingredient in a big bowl with a whisk. 2. Best kept the batter in refrigerator for 1-2 hours to let the flour fully re-hydrate. 3.To cook, by using a not non-stick pan, grease the pan with some butter, then pour a ladle of batter on the medium hot pan. 4. Cook both side for abt 30s to 1 min to achieve golden brown colour. 5. Best served warm with warmed melted butter, lemon juice, and honey! Enjoy!
