I have a experience to dine with Martin Yan again @ Starhill yesterday night!!
We had a really good ChaoZhou cuisine at this gold color theme table setting...
Basically ChaoZhou cuisine eat alot of variety of small dishes...like braised goose feet with braised toufu, jellyfish with shredded chicken breast and etc....I have nothing to complain about the food there EXCEPT the fried beencurd. The beancurd had been cut into very small piece and fry it in hot oil for too long. This will affect the texture and color of the beencurd.
Overall for all the food is pertty delicious!!!!YUMMY
Especially the Sharkfins Soup and the fried rice with Abalone. Abalone is braised till so soft and goes every well with the sauce and the fragrance fried rice. The individual Sharkfins soup pot is very very luxurious because it full shark fins and it doesn't thicken with starch.
